1. Program Overview
The Imaginative Impulses Affiliate Program allows approved individuals to earn commissions by referring customers to Imaginative Impulses through unique affiliate referral links.
Participation is free and voluntary. All affiliates must agree to these Terms & Conditions before participating.
2. Eligibility and Enrollment
Applicants must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Complete the affiliate application accurately.
- Have a legitimate way to promote Imaginative Impulses.
- Agree to the program's promotional and disclosure requirements.
- Provide payment and tax information as required by the payment provider.
There is no minimum social media follower requirement.
Applications are reviewed individually. Imaginative Impulses may approve or decline applications based on legitimate business considerations.
3. Affiliate Referral Links
Approved affiliates will receive a unique referral link through the designated affiliate management platform.
Affiliates may share their links through approved promotional channels.
The affiliate platform's tracking and attribution rules determine whether a purchase is credited to an affiliate.
Commissions are not guaranteed for purchases that cannot be properly attributed.
4. Eligible Products
Only physical merchandise sold by Imaginative Impulses is eligible for affiliate commissions.
Eligible physical products may include:
- Tumblers and drinkware
- Mugs
- Bookmarks
- Keychains
- Magnets
- Physical stickers
- Physical ID cards
- Other physical merchandise, including eligible custom-made items
The following are excluded:
- Digital downloads and printable files
- Gift cards
- Shipping and delivery charges
- Applicable sales taxes
- Canceled, refunded, or fraudulent transactions
- Products specifically designated as excluded from the program
Imaginative Impulses may update eligible product categories prospectively with notice to affected affiliates.
5. Commission Rate and Calculation
Affiliates earn 5% commission on eligible physical-product purchases made by customers through their unique referral links.
Commissions are calculated on the qualifying product subtotal after discounts, excluding taxes, shipping, and ineligible items.
For orders containing both physical and digital products, commission applies only to eligible physical products.
Commissions are subject to the affiliate platform's attribution and tracking requirements.
6. Personal Purchases and Self-Referrals
Affiliates cannot earn commissions on their own purchases.
This includes using their own referral links, alternate customer accounts, or arrangements intended to disguise personal purchases.
Affiliates may shop at Imaginative Impulses as regular customers without earning commissions on those purchases.
7. Commission Holding Period
All commissions are subject to a 30-calendar-day holding period beginning on the date the customer places the qualifying order.
During this period, commissions may be adjusted or canceled due to refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, fraud, or policy violations.
Once the holding period has ended and the commission has been approved, it becomes eligible for processing through the designated payment platform.
The holding period does not guarantee that payment will reach the affiliate on the 30th day.
8. Payment Processing
Commission payments will be processed through the affiliate management and payment platform selected by Imaginative Impulses.
Affiliates are responsible for completing required payment setup and providing necessary information.
Payout timing, payment methods, and any applicable payout thresholds follow the designated provider's requirements.
Affiliates are responsible for their own tax reporting obligations.
9. Refunds and Cancellations
No commissions will be paid on fully canceled or fully refunded purchases.
For partially refunded orders, commissions may be adjusted to reflect the remaining eligible physical-product subtotal.
Fraudulent or otherwise ineligible transactions do not qualify for commissions.
10. Approved Promotional Methods
Affiliates may promote Imaginative Impulses through lawful and approved methods, including:
- TikTok
- Blogs and websites
- Email communications to subscribers who have agreed to receive marketing messages
- Other approved promotional channels
Affiliates must promote products accurately and professionally.
11. Prohibited Conduct
Affiliates must not:
- Make false or misleading product claims.
- Send unsolicited bulk messages or spam.
- Advertise unauthorized discounts.
- Impersonate Imaginative Impulses.
- Misuse company trademarks, logos, or promotional materials.
- Manipulate affiliate tracking.
- Generate fraudulent orders or self-referrals.
- Make guarantees about earnings.
- Use paid advertising featuring company branding without prior written permission.
Violations may result in suspension or termination.
12. Affiliate Disclosures
Affiliates must clearly disclose their commission relationship when recommending or promoting Imaginative Impulses products.
An acceptable disclosure is:
"I earn a commission when you make a purchase through my link."
Disclosures must be clear, easy to notice, and placed close to the relevant endorsement or affiliate link.
Affiliates must comply with applicable advertising laws, FTC endorsement guidance, and platform requirements.
13. Branding and Promotional Materials
Approved affiliates may use promotional graphics and product images supplied or explicitly authorized by Imaginative Impulses.
Company logos, names, and promotional materials remain the property of their respective rights holders.
Affiliates cannot claim ownership of company materials or represent themselves as official employees.
Permission to use affiliate promotional materials ends when participation ends.
14. Affiliate Benefits
Affiliate enrollment does not automatically include:
- Free merchandise
- Personal purchasing discounts
- Guaranteed promotional opportunities
- Guaranteed commission earnings
Additional benefits, promotional campaigns, or incentives may be offered at the discretion of Imaginative Impulses.
15. Independent Affiliate Relationship
Affiliates participate as independent promotional partners and are not employees of Imaginative Impulses.
Participation does not establish employment, partnership, or agency authority.
Affiliates are not entitled to employee benefits or guaranteed compensation.
Affiliates are not authorized to enter into agreements on behalf of Imaginative Impulses.
16. Program Modifications
Imaginative Impulses may modify program terms, commission rates, product eligibility, or promotional policies.
Material changes will be communicated to participating affiliates.
Changes to commission rates or eligibility will apply prospectively. Commissions already earned remain subject to the terms applicable to those transactions.
17. Suspension and Termination
Affiliates may request to leave the program at any time.
Imaginative Impulses may suspend or terminate participation for fraudulent activity, material policy violations, or other legitimate program-related reasons.
When participation ends, referral links may be deactivated and permissions to use promotional materials will cease.
Legitimately earned commissions remain payable in accordance with applicable terms and law.
18. Privacy and Personal Information
Affiliate information will be collected and processed for application review, program management, commission tracking, communications, fraud prevention, and payments.
Information may be shared with authorized service providers for those purposes.
Personal information will be handled according to applicable privacy laws and the published Imaginative Impulses Privacy Policy.

20. Agreement and Acceptance
By submitting an application and accepting an invitation to participate, affiliates acknowledge that they have reviewed and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
